SHIPPING
Which shipping courier do you use for my order?
Shipments within Sweden
For orders shipped within Sweden, we use PostNord to handle the delivery.
International Shipments
For international shipments, we initially use PostNord to handle the package while it is within Sweden. Once the package arrives in the destination country, it is typically handed over to the local postal service for final delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is packaged and ready for shipment, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Yes, the shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not been fulfilled yet. Please email us at support@alvazessentials.com with your order number and the updated address, and we will assist you

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused and in its original packaging

Can I exchange an item for another?
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item. To start a return, please contact us at support@alvazessentials.com.
What if I ordered the wrong product or want to exchange it? Is that possible?
Yes, it is possible to make changes if your order has not yet been fulfilled. Please email us with your order number and details about the exchange, support@alvazessentials.com
